"Hats Off" to Dr.Joe Mule and staff! These guys are THE BEST, and I give them an an absolute 5 out of 5 rating. They honestly couldn't have taken better care of me in any way. I was greeted by Riley, who very graciously heled me to fill out the forms I needed to fill out and did it with a sincere smile on her face. The x-ray gal did an outstanding job positioning me and got the pictures they needed the first time. Dr. Joe removed six teeth in preparation for my new dentures and I never had any pain when he pulled them. He kept me very informed and had my complete trust thru out the process. He checked and double checked that I had no pain, he genuinely cares! His assistants Ashley and Kathy made me feel like I was the only patient there, even brought me a nice cozy blanket to cover my legs. And this office was busy, but every one took the time for me. The financial gal (Diana) was the BEST! She gave me a great price with an unbeatable payment plan! I can't say how completely and totally happy and thankful I am to have found this knowledgeable, caring team! I absolutely could not be happier!!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would from the phone call to the waiting room to waiting on the phone being greeted by Dr. G and being guided to my room by her. I am so thankful I found a place in which I feel comfortable heard validated and given options for payment. Riley initially took my phone call and convinced me to book an under 10 minutes Dr. G had such great bedside manner that I was highly impressed. Regina was great at giving options. Raphaël allowed me to feel comfortable while taking my x-rays and Ian the real MVP the one that got into the nook and crannies of my deep cleaning. And grateful that Ian did not numb me and use only the Numbing gel. This team has flow and the communication is on point. I am super grateful. Ive decided to book an appointment for my mother as soon as she’s ready. And my daughter as well. I look forward to my next visit in six months. See you then terrific job as Tigger would say.
