If I could give this place 10 stars, I would from the phone call to the waiting room to waiting on the phone being greeted by Dr. G and being guided to my room by her. I am so thankful I found a place in which I feel comfortable heard validated and given options for payment. Riley initially took my phone call and convinced me to book an under 10 minutes Dr. G had such great bedside manner that I was highly impressed. Regina was great at giving options. Raphaël allowed me to feel comfortable while taking my x-rays and Ian the real MVP the one that got into the nook and crannies of my deep cleaning. And grateful that Ian did not numb me and use only the Numbing gel. This team has flow and the communication is on point. I am super grateful. Ive decided to book an appointment for my mother as soon as she’s ready. And my daughter as well. I look forward to my next visit in six months. See you then terrific job as Tigger would say. This is our first time at Menifee Dental Group and we can't wait to come back. The staff here was so extremely friendly and kind. They made the dentist feel less scary for both my kiddos.
